Would you like to feel happier, at peace with yourself…
Would you like more satisfying relationships…
Would you like to feel healthier…
Would you like more meaningful work and to be more prosperous…

Of course you do!, thats what we all want isnt it?

Today I have started to put down a guided meditation track that will help you to achieve all of the above and much much more…

This guided meditaion is called a SA TA NA MA meditation, and this is a very powerful meditation that has the power to break habits and addictions because it accesses the level of the mind where habits are created ~ this meditation was brought to the west by Yogi Bajan, he brought Kundalini Yoga to the West in 1968. He taught over 8,000 classes and inspired thousands of people to keep up and live in their excellence.

This SA TA NA MA meditation was one of the first meditations taught by Yogi Bhajan and remains today as a foundation meditation recommended for every student of Kundalini yoga. Yogi Bhajan says that if you can only do one meditation, this is it. It does everything for you in the order that you need, it is your teacher and as you practice this you will come to realize that it is your best friend. Whatever you need at that moment, it will readjust and align you to bring balance into your mind and your life.

to give you an example of what this meditation will do, think of something that has happened to you in your past that you would like to let go of, for example do you think of an old lover and want to be liberated from the grips of the past and release him or her from your aura?, if the answer is yes this meditation is for you, there is nothing more powerful to release the auric pain we can suffer when we break up with a lover, it will re-establish your aura as your own ~ this is just one example we can release any negative emotion or attachment that we have by chanting this powerful meditation ~

As you listen to the meditation I will guide you through each stage and direct you on what to do ~ you have three options that you can work with, the 11 minute version, the 31 minute version or the 62 minute version, it really doesn’t matter what option you pick, as long as you do it, it will work at cleansing and clearing your subconscious mind.

While doing the meditation you may experience pictures of the past come up like on a movie screen in your mind. Let them come up and release them with the mantra, this is part of the cleansing of the subconscious mind, if emotions come up, you can also incorporate them in the chanting for example if you feel anger then chant the anger. Whatever you experience is ok, don’t try to avoid or control your experiences, simply be with what is going on for you and go through it, it is all part of the cleansing process.

This mantra meditation is a powerful tool to bring balance into your mind and in turn your life ~
This SA TA NA MA meditation is so primal that its impact on our psyche is like splitting the atom, the power of this mantra comes from the fact that it re arranges the subconscious mind at the most elementary level, as I mentioned before it has the power to break habits and addictions at the deepest level, this mantra meditation will re create balance in the mind.

This Cd will be available to buy very soon via my website through my classes or you can message me on here, I will always be on hand to give you any guidance or advice as you practice the meditation.

Once you buy this guided meditation Cd I advice you to listen to it to dissolve and release any old hurts, patterns, thoughts or feelings that you would like to let go of and to establish more positive thoughts and feelings on every level for a more fulfilling and joyful life ~

I've been doing a Sa Ta Na Ma mantra meditation for about four days now. This meditation involves putting your arms out to your sides and moving your hands so that they face forward on Sa, upward at Ta, backward at Na, and upward at Ma again. Today I have felt strong anger for about five hours and depression has come up as well. I am watching it without acting on it but it's tough. Could these emotions be caused by bring up what is repressed through doing SA Ta Na Ma?
