Join Mahala in this Sunday Session where you will discover the physical and mental signs of blocked energy in the Root Chakra (Muladhara) and how you may benefit from aligning it using various techniques.
If you didn't already know, Chakras are seven wheels of energy that move through our subtle body, starting at the crown of the head and traveling down to the base of the spine.
When spinning properly, each chakra allows energy to flow through the body. However, if one of these wheels is blocked, our well-being can suffer. The first chakra, Muladhara, or “Root Chakra,” acts as the root of the body.
If our root chakra is out of alignment, we may feel depressed or anxious.
This session is open to any level, from total beginner to a more advanced yogi, all are welcome.
We will look at where you could have excessive or deficient energy in the root chakra, how this could be affecting your life, and then look at various yoga and Chi Gong exercises that can help to balance the flow of energy, which we should then begin to experience this shift in our lives.
